Teek

The Teek are a species from the Star Wars universe that are known for their signature characteristic: superhuman speed. Debuting in the Star Wars spinoff movie "Ewoks: The Battle for Endor," Teeks are small, rodent-like beings with thin limbs, large black eyes, and sharp teeth. Their primary habitat is on the forest moon of Endor; a remote Green Planet filled with dense foliage and tall trees. Teeks live in tunneled networks underground and have the unique ability to run at extraordinary speeds, which makes them nearly invisible to the naked eye.

While they may seem scary due to their appearance, Teeks are actually friendly by nature. They have been known to partner with elements of the resistance in their fight against the Empire's forces. Teeks are also skilled scavengers. Due to their resourcefulness and lightning-fast speeds, they can quickly accumulate valuable goods—an ability that often places them in the company of rogues and smugglers. The most famous Teek is one that goes by the same name, who appeared in "Ewoks: The Battle for Endor" and helped the stranded Cindel Towani survive on Endor. This daring survivalist spirit epitomizes the characteristics of the Teek species.
