Hera Syndulla is a major character in the Star Wars franchise, primarily featuring in the animated series 'Star Wars Rebels' and 'Star Wars: The Bad Batch'. Hera is a Twi'lek from the planet Ryloth who becomes a key leader in the early days of the Rebel Alliance. The character, voiced by Vanessa Marshall, first debuted in the television movie "Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion" which aired in 2014.

Hera is the daughter of Twi'lek resistance leader Cham Syndulla and grew up during The Clone Wars, the civil war between the Galactic Republic and the Separatist Alliance.
