Chopper

Chopper is a significant character from the Star Wars universe, particularly from the animated series Star Wars Rebels. His official designation is C1-10P, though he is more commonly referred to as Chopper. He is an astromech droid, a model used for ship repairs and interfacing with computers, akin to the famous R2-D2, but with a more 'rebellious' personality. The series takes place between the events of Episode III and IV, with Chopper serving the ship 'The Ghost'. He is a quirky and oftentimes grumpy droid, far removed from the more obedient and docile droids portrayed frequently in the Star Wars universe.

Chopper was built from spare parts by the character Hera Syndulla, also a member of the crew of The Ghost and one of the primary characters of Star Wars Rebels.
