Polis Massan

The Polis Massans are one of the many unique species in the vast universe of Star Wars. They're native to the asteroid-filled arcade known as Polis Massa, which is located within the Subterrel sector of the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories. The Polis Massans are known for their eerie silence. These humanoid beings do not communicate verbally, instead, they adeptly use a form of telepathic communication that makes them remarkably unique among the different species in the Star Wars universe.

Polis Massans also have a notable place in the Star Wars lore due to their extraordinary medical skills. Their advanced knowledge in medical science played a significant role in 'Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith', where they were instrumental in saving Padmé Amidala, the mother of the legendary characters - Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. However, despite their best efforts, Padmé dies giving birth, leaving her twin babies to shape the future of the Star Wars galaxy.
