Jedi Crusaders

The Jedi Crusaders were a splinter faction of the Jedi Order during the time of the Mandalorian Wars, roughly around 3964 BBY (Before The Battle of Yavin). Led by the charismatic and controversial Jedi Knight Revan, these Crusaders broke away from the traditional Jedi teachings to take an active role in combating The Mandalorian threat. They believed that direct involvement was necessary to protect the galaxy, in stark contrast to the Jedi Council's stance of non-intervention. This splinter group donned unique armor that set them apart from other Jedi and engaged in aggressive campaigns to thwart The Mandalorian advance, ultimately proving effective but controversial.

The actions of the Jedi Crusaders, while initially aimed at defending the Republic and its citizens, had unintended consequences.
