Fennec Shand

Fennec Shand is a skilled assassin and mercenary in the Star Wars universe. Portrayed by actress Ming-Na Wen, the character made her debut in 2019 in the live-action television series "The Mandalorian." Fennec Shand makes her surprising return in the second season of "The Mandalorian" in Chapter 14: "The Tragedy." Revealing that she was saved by the iconic bounty hunter Boba Fett, Shand now has a cybernetic implant to replace her damaged midsection caused by the events on Tatooine. Now indebted to Fett, she and the Mandalorian join forces to retrieve an important asset, Grogu.

Throughout the rest of the second season, Fennec Shand continues to work alongside Boba Fett and the Mandalorian, proving her loyalty and showcasing her skills as a sharpshooter, hand-to-hand combatant, and tactician. Together, they face various threats in their quest to protect the young Grogu, including the Imperial remnant forces led by Moff Gideon.

At the end of the second season of "The Mandalorian," it is revealed that the character of Fennec Shand will continue to appear in the upcoming "Star Wars" television series, "The Book of Boba Fett." Shand's partnership with the galaxy's most feared bounty hunter will undoubtedly lead to new adventures and missions.
