Bastila Shan

Bastila Shan is a central character in the Star Wars Legends series. First introduced in the video game Star Wars: Knights of The Old Republic, she is primarily known for her notable Force powers, specifically her skill in Battle Meditation, a rare ability that can influence the course of large-scale events, such as battles, by reinforcing the morale of allies and sapping the will of enemies.

Born on the planet Talravin, Bastila was discovered and taken for Jedi Training at a young age. Over time, she emerged as a force to be reckoned with within the Jedi Order. Her pivotal role came during the Jedi Civil War, where she was instrumental in both the capture of Darth Revan, the Dark Lord of the Sith, and later, his redemption.

After being captured by Darth Malak, Bastila fell to the dark side of The Force. However, she was ultimately redeemed by Revan, with the two falling in love and marrying. Together, they had a son, Vaner Shan, and Bastila's descendants, the Shan family, continued to play a significant role in galactic events for years to come. Despite her initial fall from grace, Bastila Shan's legacy is that of a hero who struggled with, but ultimately overcame, the dark side.
