Sabé

Sabé summary

Sabé was a female human who served as the decoy and bodyguard to Queen Padmé Amidala during the events leading up to the Invasion of Naboo in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. She was portrayed by actress Keira Knightley.

Sabé was trained in combat and espionage, and was skilled in mimicking Amidala's posture and demeanor to further enhance her decoy capabilities. She played a key role in the Battle of Naboo, helping to protect her queen and infiltrate the Trade Federation's control ship.

After Amidala's term as queen ended, Sabé continued to serve her, becoming a member of Amidala's political entourage as she rose to the position of senator. Sabé was also present at Amidala's funeral in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

Despite being a minor character in the Star Wars franchise, Sabé has become a fan favorite due to her strong and capable portrayal as a decoy and bodyguard. Her story has been expanded upon in several Star Wars novels and comics, including the novel "Queen's Shadow" by E.K. Johnston.
