Trim Tab Brewing

Beer

Trim Tab Brewing, founded by Harris Stewart, is a craft brewery located in Birmingham, Alabama. Since its Inception in 2014, the brewery has gained popularity for its wide range of diverse and innovative craft beers. Some signature brews include the Trim Tab IPA, which features a well-balanced blend of hops and malt, and the Paradise Now Raspberry Berliner Weisse, a tart ale with a distinct raspberry aroma.

The brewery's name, Trim Tab, was inspired by the concept of the "trim tab" proposed by author and architect Buckminster Fuller. According to Fuller, a trim tab is a small but pivotal part of a ship or airplane that directs the entire vessel in tiny increments, symbolizing the idea that small actions can bring about significant changes. Trim Tab Brewing strives to embody this principle through their dedication to quality, Community engagement, and sustainable brewing practices. They continue to make a positive impact in Birmingham and the broader craft beer Community.
