TIE Raptor

The TIE Raptor, also known as the TIE/p torpedo starfighter, was one of the many starfighters utilized by the Imperial Remnant during the post-Galactic Civil War era. This advanced variant was initially suggested by Grand Admiral Thrawn, a highly strategic and tactical mind, known for incorporating unique and effective designs into the Imperial fleet. The TIE Raptor stood out for its combination of speed, agility, and heavy firepower, often equipped with multiple laser cannons and proton torpedoes, making it a formidable opponent in both dogfights and attacks on larger vessels.

One of the distinct characteristics of the TIE Raptor was its boxy, flattened appearance, which contrasted with the traditional spherical cockpit and hexagonal wings of earlier TIE models like the TIE Fighter and TIE Interceptor.
