Elysian Brewing

Beer

Elysian Brewing, founded in 1995 by Joe Bisacca, Dick Cantwell, and David Buhler, is a renowned craft brewery based in Seattle, Washington. Since opening its doors, Elysian has expanded to four locations across the city, with the flagship Capitol Hill brewpub remaining at the heart of the operation. The brewery gained a reputation for its wide range of innovative beer styles and unique recipes, including experimental brews like the Space Dust IPA and The Great Pumpkin Ale.

In 2015, Elysian was acquired by Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest beer company, which helped expand the production and distribution of Elysian's beers across the United States and internationally. Today, Elysian Brewing continues to build on its legacy of creativity and experimentation, pushing the boundaries of craft beer through collaborations with other breweries, hosting events such as the annual Great Pumpkin Beer Festival, and supporting local communities and causes through its charitable initiatives.
