Dogfish Head

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, founded in 1995 by Sam Calagione, is a renowned American brewery based in Milton, Delaware. Known for their adventurous and unique brewing techniques, Dogfish Head is often credited for popularizing "extreme" beers which use nontraditional ingredients such as fruits, spices, and even ancient recipes. Some of their signature offerings include the 90 Minute IPA, boasting a rich and hoppy flavor, and the Midas Touch, a beer based on an ancient recipe found in a 2,700-year-old tomb. Dogfish Head continues to be an influential player in the craft beer industry, and as of 2019, became a part of the Boston Beer Company family, alongside other notable brands such as Samuel Adams and Angry Orchard.
