Concordia

The Concordia is a pivotal location within the Star Wars universe, particularly associated with the planet Mandalore. It is a moon, but not just an ordinary one; Concordia houses several hidden bases that played a vital role during The Clone Wars. It first appeared in the Star Wars universe in the animated series "The Clone Wars" during an episode titled "The Mandalore plot," which aired in the second season.

Despite being the moon of a heavily trafficked and integral planet, Concordia was presented as largely quiet and uninhabited. It was initially introduced as a deforested moon where Mandalorians used to mine. The moon was supposedly abandoned after the mines were stripped of resources, but that narrative was far from the truth. Unknown to many, the mines of Concordia were the secret base of operations for the Death Watch, a Sabine Wren led group of Mandalorian terrorists.

Pre Vizsla, the governor of Concordia, was the secret leader of the Death Watch and had been using the hidden bases within the moon for secretive meetings and operations. It was during "The Mandalore Plot" episode that Obi-Wan Kenobi uncovered these hidden bases during a mission to investigate the resurgence of the Death Watch.

The Concordia became a battleground when Obi-Wan clashed with Death Watch. Despite the conflict, Obi-Wan managed to escape, although the secret of Concordia had been revealed. Afterward, in yet another twist, it was revealed that Darth Maul was indeed alive and had been in control of Death Watch and Mandalore.

Concordia, a seemingly calm moon of Mandalore, was a secret base to the Death Watch group during the Clone Wars. Its hidden bases were instrumental in the group's operations, including the resurgence of Darth Maul. Although it wasn't heavily featured in the series, its association with the powerful Mandalore gave it a distinctive place within the Star Wars universe.
